Boycott “Quitters Day” on January 19th

Most of us have plans to get healthier and fitter in 2023, but few of us last past January 19th. Yes, January 19th is the date that Strava has concluded that most of us give up on our New Year’s fitness resolutions. The right goals, the right diet, and/or the right workout plan will not help you PERMANENTLY change your fitness trajectory. Nor will more discipline. Only relationships will help you make permanent changes to your fitness. So find your people! Get the right relationships in place first, and the rest becomes very doable – regardless of where you are starting from.
